If you have an opportunity to visit Preston Hollow, then you'll notice a collection of constellations done by students from various grade levels (study of lines and texture), reproductions of Matisse's La Gerbe by Kindergarten and First (study of color and organic shape), and Kindergarten's rainbow portraits (study of colors of the visible spectrum). Coming soon a new collection: masks for Dia de los Muertos (study in cultural art focusing on warm colors, symmetrical balance, and form) and for our Kindergarteners symmetrical butterfly sculptures (form, symmetrical balance, and warm colors). Also the creation of a designated art display area - this will really highlight and showcase our student work. Special Thanks to our amazing PTO board members for making that possible.
